A permanent magnetic lifter picks up steel plates, blocks and dies by magnet, so you do not need to drill lifting holes or get slings under the job. Turn the handle to switch the magnet on, lift, and turn it back to release. It works without electricity, which makes it handy in fabrication shops, tool rooms and laser cutting units.

We sell permanent magnetic lifters rated 600 kg, 1000 kg and 2000 kg. Hang one from a chain pulley block or electric hoist and one person can load a cutting table or machine bed on their own, without slings or clamps.
The rated capacity applies to clean, flat, thick steel. Thin sheet, rusty or painted surfaces, air gaps and round bar all reduce what the magnet can hold safely, so pick a size with margin. Tell us the plate thickness and weight on WhatsApp and we will suggest a model with today's price.
Buying tips
- Choose a lifter rated well above the plate weight, since the rating assumes clean, flat, thick steel.
- Tell us the plate thickness when you ask, because thin sheet holds much less than the rating.
- Clean scale, oil and dirt off the contact area before each lift.
- Use it only on magnetic steel; aluminium, copper and brass will not hold.
- Keep the lift low and never carry a plate over anyone.

Magnetic Lifters: common questions
Does a permanent magnetic lifter need electricity?
No. It uses a permanent magnet that you switch on and off with the handle, so it works without power.
Can it lift thin sheet?
It can, but the safe load drops a lot on thin material. Tell us the thickness and we will tell you which model to use.
Can it lift round bars?
Round or curved stock touches the magnet over a smaller area, so the safe load is lower than the flat-plate rating. Ask us for the load chart and choose a larger model.
