About the ss chain pulley block

An SS chain pulley block works like a regular chain block. Pull the hand chain and the load rises, and the brake holds it when you stop. Being stainless steel, it stands up to water, washing and humid air far better than a painted mild steel block.

Food processing units, dairies, breweries, pharma plants, water treatment plants and chemical units use SS blocks because a rusting block can contaminate product or wear out early. They also suit coastal sites in Kerala, Goa and along the Tamil Nadu and Andhra coast, where salt air attacks ordinary steel.

We sell SS chain pulley blocks in 1 ton and 2 ton, both with 6 m lift as standard, which is double the lift of our regular chain blocks. The 1 ton runs on 6 mm load chain and the 2 ton on 8 mm chain.
