About the manual stacker

A manual stacker lifts pallets to rack or platform height with a hand-pumped hydraulic cylinder. It has a mast, forks that ride up and down the mast, and a handle you pump to raise them. A release lever lowers the forks under control.

It sits between a hand pallet truck, which only lifts a pallet off the floor, and a forklift, which needs a trained driver, fuel or charging, and room to turn. Small warehouses, shops with lofts, printing units and factory stores use a manual stacker to put pallets onto lower racks, load machines and raise goods onto a work table.
