About the spring balancer

A spring balancer is a coiled spring inside a drum, with a cable that pays out and winds back. Hang it over the work station, attach the tool to the hook on the cable, and set the tension so the tool hangs where the operator needs it. The operator pulls the tool down to use it and lets go, and it stays up out of the way.

On an assembly line where the same nut runner is picked up hundreds of times a shift, this takes the tool's weight off the operator's arms and stops tools from being dropped on the floor or onto the job.

We sell six ranges: 1–3 kg, 3–5 kg, 5–9 kg, 9–15 kg, 15–22 kg and 22–30 kg. The lighter ranges suit screwdrivers, small nut runners and dispensing guns. The middle ranges carry bigger pneumatic tools, and the heavier ranges take welding guns, grinders and small fixtures.

Automobile, two-wheeler and component plants around Bengaluru, Hosur, Chennai and Coimbatore use them on their lines, as do electronics, packing and fabrication units. Weigh the tool with its hose or cable, then send the weight on WhatsApp for today's price.

Spring Balancer: common questions

How do I choose the right range?

Weigh the tool with its hose or cable and pick the range that covers it, ideally near the middle.

Can I adjust it?

Yes. Each balancer has a tension adjustment within its range.

Can I lift loads with a spring balancer?

No. It is made to balance tools, not to lift loads. Use a hoist for lifting.

Do you sell balancers above 30 kg?

Our range goes up to 22–30 kg. Ask us on WhatsApp if you need something heavier.
