About the heavy duty electric trolley
A heavy duty electric trolley carries a hoist along an I-beam under motor power. Paired with an electric chain hoist, it lets the operator lift and travel the load with push buttons, which is the basis of a simple monorail crane.
We sell six models, each matched to a beam size. The 500 kg and 1000 kg run on 150 × 75 I-beams with a 0.5 HP motor. The 2000 kg fits 200 × 100 and the 3000 kg fits 250 × 125, both with 1 HP. The 5000 kg runs on 300 × 150 with 1 HP, and the 10 ton on 350 × 150 with a 5 HP motor.
Electric travel saves time and effort where the trolley covers long runs or moves many times a shift, and it lets the operator stay further away from heavy loads. You will find these trolleys in fabrication sheds, steel stockyards, assembly bays and stores in Bengaluru, Hosur and Chennai.
Send the load, your I-beam size and the hoist you are using on WhatsApp. We will confirm the matching trolley and send today's price.
